Following Gala’s acclaimed production of Educating Rita, we are delighted to share our stage production of Alan Bennett’s renowned, affectionate and moving works. Originally filmed for television thirty years ago, Talking Heads is rightfully hailed as a modern classic.
The multi award-winning playwright applies his sharp wit to masterfully crafted characters, offering privileged access into three seemingly ordinary lives. These brilliantly observant, poignant and uplifting monologues combine the bittersweet tragedy and darkly comic elements of modern life in the 1980s.
