A Gala Theatre Production
Written and directed by Neil Armstrong and Paul Hartley
From the team that brought you the Gala Theatre’s biggest-selling pantomime ever Jack and the Beanstalk comes the swashbuckling tale of Robinson Crusoe.
Get ready to set sail into a nautical world of hilarity and adventure, as we join Robinson Crusoe (Jamie Brown) on his quest to find adventure, romance and the fabled Pearl of Wisdom.
Helped along the way by his brother Billy Bob (Paul Hartley), his mother Dame Connie Crusoe (Paul Dunn) and the feisty Polly Perkins (Lauren Waine), they embark on a life on the ocean waves where they encounter Captain Blackheart (Neil Armstrong), the maddest and baddest pirate of them all.
Will they get more than they bargained for when they reach the Island of Flames? Or will the goddess of the sea Aqua Marina (Jayne Mackenzie) guide them to safety? Are they all going to end up in the drink?
A BSL performance of Robinson Crusoe will take place on Sunday 10 December, 1.00pm.
A relaxed performance of the show will take place on Thursday 14 December, 6.00pm and further information about this can be found here.
