Rich Hall
Wednesday 17 Nov, 8.00pm
He’s grouchy, grumpy and deadpan, and you can’t help but love him. A master of absurdist irony, Rich loves laying into his fellow Americans and life across the pond at every opportunity. An Edinburgh Fringe favourite, he’s well known in the US for appearing and writing on The David Letterman Show - for which he won an Emmy Award. A TV regular, Rich’s recent shows include Rich Hall’s Cattle Drive, Rich Hall’s Fishing Show and many appearances on QI. He might look like a Pearl Jam roadie, but he is something approaching a comic genius.

Barry Cryer Still Alive
Saturday 20 Nov, 7.30pm
…and he is! In a completely new show, old Baz reminisces and recalls on a trip down Memory Lane with jokes, songs and stories, pausing only for tea and macaroons at the Stannah Stairlift Café. What memories - if only he can remember them. Currently in his seventies, a third of his life has already passed and he invites you to join him in a decorous orgy of nostalgia. This show is proactive - drop a topic in Barry’s bucket and he’ll demonstrate his ability to tell a joke or anecdote about any subject on earth. Two hours of chuckle therapy - all patients seen immediately.
